FAQ for Volunteers

Out & About is a volunteer based visiting program for older people who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or intersex (LGBTI). Our volunteers make regular visits to people on Home Care Packages or living in government funded residential care. They aim to build community connections and reduce isolation by chatting  over a cuppa, watching a movie, participating in a hobby, game or any other enjoyable social activity.
