Bec practices exclusively in Family Law and has a particular interest in complex children’s matters, particularly those involving interstate or international relocation, assisting extended family members, such as grandparents seeking time with their grandchildren and she has a keen interest in promoting access to justice for the LGBTIQA+ community and specialises in providing legal guidance for its members.
Bec has advised LGBTIQA+ clients on various legal matters including donor agreements, parentage, assisted reproduction and IVF.
