Attendance and voting options
Member attendance at the AGM is key to the successful governance of Switchboard and an important way to have your voice heard.
You can attend the AGM in person (St Kilda), online or have your vote counted by completing a proxy vote if you are unable to attend at this time.
Please RSVP to ensure Switchboard can conduct the AGM and make decisions that are legitimate and representative of the membership.
Unable to attend and want to submit a proxy vote?
A proxy vote allows members to appoint another person, known as a proxy, to vote on their behalf.
You can choose any other voting member as your proxy or nominate the Chair (Morgan Podesta).
We will be using an online form to nominate your proxy vote again this year.
Proxy nominations must be received by Sunday 15th November.
If you would like to download a form please email completed proxy forms to admin@switchboard.org.au or chair@switchboard.org.au.
If you require any assistance, or have any questions please email admin@switchboard.org.au.
