Switchboard is proud to be launching CHARLEE, a LGBTIQA+ suicide prevention hub bringing together Community, Hope, Action, Resources and Lived Experience Education.
Created by and for LGBTIQA+ people who are experiencing thoughts of suicide, recovering from suicide or bereaved by suicide and those who support us. May we continue to fight for a world without LGBTIQA+ suicide.
Join Switchboard Victoria and our guest speakers at our live launch:
Todd Fernando (The Victorian Commissioner LGBTIQ+ Communities)
Joe Ball (Switchboard CEO)
Anna Bernasochi (Switchboard Suicide Prevention Program Manager and creator of the LGBTIQA+ Lived Experience of Suicide Network)

During this live launch, we will be speaking about the importance and need of a LGBTIQA+ specific suicide prevention hub and the value of lived experience voices in LGBTIQA+ suicide prevention, as well as hearing from a special guest sharing their own lived experience as a LGBTIQA+ community member affected by suicide.
